Thimphu (2N) →Punakha (1N) →Phobjikha (1N) →Paro (2N)

Day 1 | Arrive Paro → Thimphu

• Arrival at Paro International Airport
• Scenic drive to Thimphu (55 km | ~2 hrs)
• Hotel check-in
• Depending on arrival time:
o Visit Weekend Market (Thu– Sun), o or Relax at hotel
• Overnight: Thimphu

• Breakfast
• Morning visits:
o Handmade Paper Mill, o School of Arts & Crafts, o Folk Heritage Museum, o National Library
• Drive past Memorial Chorten
• Afternoon visits:
o Buddha Dordenma Viewpoint, o Changangkha Lhakhang, o Takin Enclosure, o Zilukha Nunnery
• Overnight: Thimphu

• Breakfast & checkout
• Drive via Dochula Pass (3,150 m)
o Photo stop at 108 Druk Wangyel Chortens, o Panoramic Himalayan views (weather permitting)
• Arrival in Punakha, hotel check-in
• Visit Punakha Dzong
• Overnight: Punakha (1,350 m)

• Breakfast & checkout
• Walk to Chimi Lhakhang (Temple of Fertility)
• En route photo stop at Wangdue Dzong Ruins
• Drive to Phobjikha Valley via mountain pass
• Visit Gangtey Monastery
• Evening leisure / valley walk
• Overnight: Phobjikha (2,900 m)

• Early breakfast
• Scenic drive to Paro (200 km | ~6 hrs)
• Afternoon sightseeing:
o National Museum (Ta Dzong), o Paro Dzong, o Walk across historic wooden bridge, o Kyichu Lhakhang
• Evening stroll in Old Paro Town
• Overnight: Paro (2,200 m)

• Breakfast
• Hike to Tiger’s Nest (Taktsang Monastery)
o Iconic cliffside monastery, o Approx. 2–3 hrs uphill (one way)
• Evening at leisure
• Overnight: Paro

• Breakfast
• Transfer to Paro Airport
• Depart with unforgettable Bhutan memories.
