IMPORTANT NOTES & POLICIES

1. Accommodation & Hotels
• All hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Room allocation (floor, view, proximity, bedding type) is at the sole discretion of the hotel.
Requests for adjacent rooms / same-floor rooms cannot be guaranteed.
• Requests to change hotels, room categories, or properties during the tour are not
permitted once confirmed.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel approval and may incur additional
charges.
• Peak-season surcharges may apply during festivals, holidays, and long weekends.
• Standard check-in/check-out timings: 02:00 PM / 10:00 AM (unless specified by the
property).
• Any room upgrades or change of hotel requested by the traveller will attract additional
charges, payable by the traveller

2. Itinerary & Sightseeing
• The itinerary—including sightseeing, transfers, timings, and sequencing—is pre-defined
and fixed at the time of booking.
• AC may not operate in hill stations or restricted regions due to local regulations.
• Certain tourist attractions may remain closed on specific days or due to government
orders.
• The sequence of sightseeing may be revised due to weather, traffic, or operational
circumstances.
• Entrance tickets, activity fees, or special attractions are not included unless specifically
mentioned.

3. Transfers & Vehicles
• Vehicle type (sedan, Innova, tempo traveller, coach/bus) will be provided based on the
number of guests and package selection.
• Vehicle will be available only as per itinerary timings (typically 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
• Personal use of the vehicle or additional transfers not in the itinerary are not allowed.
• Vehicles operate strictly point-to-point as per the confirmed itinerary. Additional stops,
off-route travel, or extended vehicle use is not permitted.
• Driver allowances, tolls, parking, and taxes are included.
• Drivers are not permitted to provide personal errands or services beyond their defined
duties.

4. Payment & Cancellation
• 50% advance payment is required for booking confirmation.
• Remaining balance must be paid before the tour start date.
• Cancellation charges apply as per the company’s policy.
• No refund for unused services—including meals, activities, hotel nights, or transfers—
during the tour.
• Prices may vary during peak seasons or due to sudden changes in hotel/transport tariffs.

5. Personal Responsibilities & Safety
• Guests must carry valid government ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Driving License).
• Children & Infant Documents:
• 5–11 years: Aadhaar / Passport
• 2–4 years: School ID / Birth Certificate / Passport
• Infants: Birth Certificate / Passport
• Guests are responsible for their own belongings, medication, documents, and travel
insurance.
• Follow safety instructions during adventure activities; avoid restricted or unsafe
areas.
• Respect local culture, dress codes, and religious guidelines.
• Hotels, transport staff, and the company are not liable for theft, loss, or damage
of personal items.

6. Health, Weather & Clothing
• Light clothing for warm destinations (Goa, Rajasthan, South India).
• Warm clothing for hill stations (Himachal, Kashmir, Sikkim, Uttarakhand).
• Rainwear / umbrellas recommended during monsoon season.
• Mobile network and internet may be weak in remote areas—plan accordingly.
• Stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals during long road journeys.

7. Liability & Operational Contingencies
• The company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather,
roadblocks, political unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
• Equivalent alternative arrangements may be provided; these do not qualify as itinerary
changes.
• All activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
• Misconduct or non-compliance with safety rules may result in termination of services
without refund.
• Carry both digital and physical copies of tickets and travel confirmations.
• Secure valuables in hotel safes or concierge lockers.
• Stay updated with local tourism, safety, or COVID-related guidelines.

9. Other Important Remarks
• Tour prices are applicable for Indian nationals only. Rates differ for NRIs and foreign
nationals.
• NRIs & foreign nationals must share valid passport and ID copies at the time of booking.
• Any additional cost due to hotel upgrades, new hotel selection, or traveler-requested
changes will be borne by the guest.

Payment Notes:
• Payments via Bank Transfer / UPI / Online Gateway / Cash
• Non-payment of balance may lead to automatic cancellation with charges.
• Rates remain subject to availability until full payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

7–14 days before travel 50% of total package cost
3–6 days before travel 75% of total package cost
Less than 3 days / No-show 100% (no refund)

Cancellation Notes:
• Charges apply on total package value, not on partial services.
• Non-refundable hotels, peak-season bookings, or special events will be charged at 100%.
• Refunds, if applicable, processed within 15–20 working days after deductions.
• Partial cancellations (reducing pax, shortening stay, skipping services) will be charged
accordingly.
