Nepalgunj (1N) → Taklakot (2N) → Manasarovar Guesthouse (1N) → Darchen (1N) → Dirapuk (1N) → Zuthulpuk (1N) → Hilsa / Simikot (1N) → Nepalgunj (1N)

Day 1 Arrival in Lucknow → Drive to Nepalgunj (1,400m)

Meet & assist on arrival at Lucknow Airport/Railway Station.
Drive through the Indo-Nepal border region (via Rupaidih/Nepalgunj border) enjoying rural landscapes and Terai plains.
Nepalgunj serves as the gateway for Kailash helicopter operations.
Overnight: Nepalgunj

Early morning mountain flight to Simikot (gateway to Humla region).
Helicopter transfer to Hilsa (Nepal–Tibet border).
Complete immigration formalities and drive to Taklakot (Purang), a major Tibetan trading town.
First experience of high-altitude Tibetan plateau terrain.
Overnight: Taklakot
Flight: 1 hr | Helicopter: 25 min | Drive: 1 hr

Essential rest day for altitude adaptation.
Short walks, health monitoring & oxygen level checks recommended.
Preparation for onward spiritual journey.
Overnight: Taklakot

Scenic drive across vast Tibetan plateau to the holiest lake in Hinduism & Buddhism.
Holy snan (optional), meditation, and prayer rituals on the sacred shores.
First divine glimpse of Mount Kailash (weather permitting).
Overnight: Guesthouse near Manasarovar
Drive: 2–3 hrs

Morning spiritual rituals and peaceful reflection at the lake.
Drive to Darchen – base camp for the holy Kailash Parikrama (Kora).
Final trek briefing, pony/porter arrangements.
Overnight: Darchen
Drive: 2–3 hrs

Begin the sacred circumambulation of Mount Kailash.
Witness breathtaking North Face darshan — considered the most powerful spiritual sight of the Yatra.
Overnight: Dirapuk Guesthouse

Most challenging yet spiritually rewarding day.
Cross Dolma La Pass (5,636m) — symbolic of spiritual rebirth.
Darshan of sacred Gauri Kund during descent.
Continue trek to Zuthulpuk Monastery.
Overnight: Zuthulpuk Guesthouse

Short trek back to Darchen completing the holy Parikrama.
Drive to Hilsa; helicopter to Simikot (subject to weather).
End of trekking portion — time for reflection & gratitude.
Overnight: Hilsa or Simikot
Trek: 12 km | Drive: 2–3 hrs | Helicopter (weather permitting)

Helicopter to Simikot → Flight to Nepalgunj.
Rest and recovery after high-altitude pilgrimage.
Overnight: Nepalgunj
25 min | 1 hr

Breakfast at hotel.
Drive back to Lucknow for onward journey with divine blessings and unforgettable spiritual memories.
Drive: Approx. 3 hrs
